Collin Morikawa shoots 6-under 65 | Round 4 | Genesis | 2022

In the final round of The Genesis Invitational 2022, Collin Morikawa carded a 6-under 65 to finish at 17-under for the tournament, good enough for a T2 finish at The Riviera Country Club.

This week’s Genesis Invitational at The Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles sees all of the world’s top 10 players in action. The 2021 winner and local favorite, Max Homa, will look to retain the title he won in dramatic fashion after beating Tony Finau in a two-hole playoff. Homa will be hoping to become the first player to win back-to-back titles at The Genesis Invitational since Phil Mickelson in 2009. World No. 1 Jon Rahm will be looking to improve upon his T5 finish last year, in which he shot an impressive 6-under par 66 in his final round, but fell five shots short of the lead. Having not won a professional title since the Masters in November 2020, Dustin Johnson will hope to rediscover some of the form that saw him win at The Riviera Country Club in 2017. FedExCup leader Hideki Matsuyama, Rory McIlroy, Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth are but a few more names to watch among the star-studded field in California.
